Starting Salary: $18/hr ($19/hr- Sat/Sun).

Schedule:

Off: Tuesday and Thursday

Monday and Thursday 1:00pm-9:30pm

Friday and Saturday: 7:30-4pm

Sundays: 10am-6pm

Weekend Pay differential.

CASH 1 has been helping Arizona customers navigate short-term lending for years, and we're looking for someone ready to step into a lead role on our evening team. This isn't just a customer service position — it's an opportunity for someone with good judgment and real people skills to be the steady hand that keeps the shift running right. If you take pride in doing things correctly, stay composed when it's busy, and pick up new technology without much fuss, we'd like to talk.

Your schedule includes both opening and closing shifts across the week, so flexibility and consistency matter. That means processing loan applications and payments accurately, answering questions with confidence, and navigating our digital platforms efficiently. As Shift Supervisor, you'll keep things on track when the manager isn't on site and ensure all shift procedures — whether opening or closing — are followed to the letter. We're looking for someone who is punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and eager to learn.

Prior MVD experience is a strong advantage, and the selected candidate must hold a valid AZ ID or Arizona Driver's License, as this role includes assisting with our Third-Party MVD Program.
