Sales Stylist Keyholder

Description:
- Greet customers, identify their needs, and help them find clothing items that suit their body types and personal styles;
- Provide personalized styling tips and create complete looks from head to toe, including clothing, shoes, and accessories;
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and inform customers about new arrivals and seasonal collections;
- Ensure that the store is visually appealing, maintaining product displays and replenishing stock as needed;
- Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients;
- A strong understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to style outfits for different occasions and body types;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide tailored fashion solutions;
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is preferred, with a focus on sales and customer interaction;
- Ability to work collaboratively with store management and visual merchandising teams to enhance the shopping experience;
- Opening and Closing the Store as a Keyholder will work alone and at times with a Team. Responsible for cash handling, POS, cleaning and organizing
- Report to Store Manager and Owner as needed with Analytics-knowledge of UPT, ADS and Store Goals Daily
- Must work well with a Team or Alone
