Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Grinder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection, basic math, and operating various machinery. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC OD grinding machines
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy
• Use hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
• Assemble and disassemble machine parts as needed
• Monitor Grinding Wheels and Program machines to perform specific tasks

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Proficient in quality inspection techniques
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Knowledge of micrometers and other measuring instruments

Education and/or Experience:

• A minimum of two years in the shop or manufacturing area.

Standard Working Requirements:

• The physical ability to stand, reach, lift, and concentrate on the job at hand.
• Must have adequate vision
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Other Requirements

• Any job, task, or function within your ability requested to do by management.

Special Requirements

• Must have good people skills. An in-depth knowledge of all the tools and fixtures related to aerospace machining industry.
