Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades, showcasing expertise in managing installation projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
• Lead a team of installers, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process.
• Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project requirements and materials needed.
• Perform hands-on installation tasks including carpentry, construction painting, tile laying, and trim carpentry as needed.
• Manage remodeling projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
• Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and techniques in various construction trades.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or as a lead installer in residential or commercial settings.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the installation process.
• Familiarity with home remodeling work is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
• A background in cabinet and millwork or related fields is a must.
