Job Summary
We are seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, as you will be interacting with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Account receivable
  • Cold calling marketing /sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized office management systems, including filing and document management.
  • Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with clients and team members.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including familiarity with office software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Experience in calendar management and scheduling is preferred.
  • Ability to proofread documents for grammatical accuracy and formatting consistency.
  • Familiarity with office management practices is advantageous.
  • Construction knowledge is preferable, especially cabinetry
