Join our private, woman-owned outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, and Certified Hand Therapy practice assisting the Office Manager in all aspects.

Hours may be flexible: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Let us know your schedule needs in the Cover Letter.

A Smile is required to greet all patients and clients. Clear English speaking and writing is required. Ability to independently time manage tasks and projects to assist the practice Director. Must have transportation to arrive ready to start schedule on-time. Must be able to lift and carry medical records files and boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. Must be able to answer 2 line phones and multi-task priorities with patients in the clinic. Required to alphabetize paper records, file reverse chronological order in files. Familiarity with co-pays, co-insurance and deductible collections at time services are rendered is helpful. Familiarity with computer scheduling and patient record management is helpful. Copying, scanning, faxing conducted throughout all days.
