Job Details

Phoenix Income Tax Preparation Firm seeks knowledgeable tax preparers with at least two years of experience. 

DAY TO DAY: 

• Prepare federal and state personal and business returns.
• Prepare correct, timely, and accurate tax returns.
• Research and seek the advice of senior preparers when confronted with particularly challenging tax circumstances.
• Always work with our client`s best interest in mind.
• After conferring with the supervisor, you may be required to contact clients regarding missing information needed to complete tax returns accurately.

Requirements:

• Work on-Site for the first 2 weeks then work from home if you prefer. 
• Familiarity with all basic tax return schedules.
• Ability to recognize missing information by comparing current year`s tax return to prior year`s tax return. 
• Ability to prepare and review your prepared returns for accuracy before submitting return for final processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in tax return preparation.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Provide references and resume with work history.
