HR Generalist

Your Impact:

Guide candidates through their journey from application to onboarding

Develop innovative recruitment strategies and nurture talent partnerships

Expertly manage various leave programs while ensuring legal compliance

Support performance management initiatives that foster growth

Create and maintain vital HR documentation and resources

Handle employee relations with care and confidentiality

Your Experience:

Minimum of 4 years as an HR Generalist with full-cycle talent acquisition expertise

Proficiency with UKG systems and Microsoft Office suite a must

Strong knowledge of employment laws including FMLA and ADA

Bachelor's degree required

Occasional travel to corporate offices and out of state locations
