This position is for a CNC Milling Machinist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the set up and operation of the multi-axis computer control machines, as well as inspecting their own parts. All CNC Mill Machinists with a minimum of 2 year experience is encouraged to apply. Candidates with 4th and 5th axis Mill Machine experience will be given advantaged consideration.

Education and/or Experience:

A minimum of two years of CNC Mill Machining in the shop or manufacturing area.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to industry safety standards.

Set-up and operate CNC Milling.

Inspect Product while practicing quality assurance procedures.

Perform in-process inspection as required to ensure 100% quality product.

Manage tooling life, make adjustments, change offsets, and modify programs as needed.

Retrieve appropriate tools from tool crib to complete job.

Meet schedules and maintain quality standards.

Standard Working Requirements:

The physical ability to stand, reach, lift, and concentrate on the job at hand.

Must have adequate vision

Able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Other Requirements:

Any job, task, or function within your ability requested to do by management.

Special Requirements:

Must have good people skills. An in-depth knowledge of all the tools and fixtures related to aerospace machining industry.
