This position is responsible for demonstrating safety and operational expertise within a quality and productivity driven environment. This position will be required to proficiently pull split labels for orders, ensuring correct quantity and quality of product.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeet company standards for productivityPull splits labels for ordersKeep the repack room neat, organized, sanitized and remove poor quality product from repack roomRun any products needing attentionEnsure the correct quantity of product (double check quality of your work)Keep soft product on top of heavy products (follow loading and unloading procedures)Follow daily inventory control procedures (First in first out)Clean and maintain the warehouse inside and out (This includes all coolers; pick up trash; sweeping floor and back dock area and empty trash as needed)Maintain a safe work environmentCommunicate with supervisors and warehouse department employees any issues related to performing dutiesFind ways to improve and or increase productivityFollow all HACCP, SQF and OSHA rules and regulationsRequirementsStand for long periods of timeAble to frequently lift productBasic reading and math skillsMust pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen)1 year warehouse experience (preferably in produce industry)Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. The schedule is 5 to 6 days a week/paid Hourly. Hours vary from 40-48. We work every holiday except Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years.#J-18808-Ljbffr
