Hiring: Desktop Systems Specialist – CW

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Onsite)

Pay Rate: Up to $27/hour

Job Type: Contract (CW)

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Desktop Systems Specialist to provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain reliable desktop systems and IT infrastructure.

Required Skills – Desktop Systems Specialist

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills in desktop support, hardware, software, and endpoint issues.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with desktop systems, workstations, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT ticketing and ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Understanding of network connectivity and basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Knowledge of user account management, password administration, data integrity, and endpoint security.
• Ability to manage incidents, prioritize service requests, and meet support SLAs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to IT operational procedures and compliance.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to technical and nontechnical users.
