Engages in constant product knowledge development to improve up-selling and customer service. This individual is the face of customer service at the branch, offering friendly, professional advice and assistance, working with customers toward product-based solutions.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist customers to make product choicesAnswer telephones and assist or direct calls to proper resourceTake payment and handle refundsMaintain and restock showroom and POS displaysLoad customers, restock returnsReceive inventory while organizing/maintaining warehouse as a clean and safe work environmentDevelop best-in-class customer service across all customer points of contactPerforms other duties as assignedEducation and/or Experience:High school or equivalent2 years customer service preferredForklift Certification, preferredFlooring industry experience preferredExcel, Word, OutlookPosition is contingent on passing a background checks and a clean MVR.This position is currently accepting applications.
