Inventory & Asset Control SpecialistA job at TSMC Arizona offers an opportunity to work at the most advanced semiconductor fab in the United States. TSMC Arizona's first fab will operate its leading-edge semiconductor process technology (N4 process), starting production in the first half of 2025. The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. The recently announced third fab will manufacture chips using 2nm or even more advanced process technology, with production starting by the end of the decade. As a Facilities Equipment Coordinator you will demonstrate a strong sense of reliability and enthusiasm and will possess an attitude that embodies our core values – Integrity, Commitment, Innovation and Customer Trust.Your main responsibilities include:Management of equipment & parts inventory, including audits.Source and purchase equipment & parts for items within the teams' scope (plumbing parts, electrical parts, tools, etc.)Inventory management & forecastingSource contract vendors to provide services for onsite projects or to provide long term servicesMaintains a clean, orderly, and safe workplace and sets a high bar for working safelyDevelop and maintain positive relationships with the factory customers and Facilities counterpartsStrong customer service skills to interact with all levels of TSMC employees (including Executive level), Customer Representatives and Government officialsProvide Direction to vendors supporting FOH activitiesInspect buildings' physical plant daily to guarantee that building services are at the highest level of quality standards. Ensure the site is operating according to state and local building codes.Plan and schedule all maintenance work on facility assets including Preventative, Predictive, Corrective and Reactive.Work closely with Facilities Shift Supervisors to support any off-shift maintenance needs, identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance programMonitor contractors work and ensure work is being performed in accordance with contract specification. Continually evaluate service delivery process and make needed changes to drive cost savings initiatives including insource vs. outsourceUnderstand and support Site performance indicatorsAssist in annual budget development and management for outsourced servicesGenerate Purchase Orders (PO's), pay invoices, and track vendor expendituresWork with Front of house manager to generate scope for outsourced servicesWork closely with Front of house manager and Procurement during RFP and perform ongoing service provider management including score cardsDevelop partnerships with vendors and familiarize with Vendor onboarding process. PR/PO and process completed invoices for paymentMinimum Qualifications/Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree or minimum 2-year experience in related field.Technical Skills: Experience with equipment inventory & tracking, sourcing parts, and mechanical & equipment functionalityMS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPointInterpersonal Skills: Communication, Computer proficiency, Presentation skills, Active Listening, Teamwork, Detailed oriented, Self-motivated & ProactivePhysical Requirements: Ability to use a computer, keyboard mouse and other standard office equipment for prolonged periods of time. Tasks may include lifting, bending, standing, or extended walking.Training: Ability to travel to Taiwan for trainingPreferred Qualifications:OSHA safety certifications & knowledgeSQL / FAMStandard work hours: Monday through FridayWork Location: 5088 W.
