Delivery DriverThis isn't just a driving job. About half your shift is in our Tempe warehouse — picking, packing, and staging infusion medications and equipment — and the other half is on the road delivering directly to patients managing serious conditions at home. If you're looking for a role where you just drive and drop off boxes, this isn't it. If you want steady, physical, hands-on work that's split between the warehouse and the road, keep reading.Arizona Home Care & Patient Care Infusion has served the Valley for over 30 years. Our delivery drivers are a critical part of the patient care team — the last link between our pharmacy and the patients depending on their infusion medications and supplies arriving safely and on time.Is this role a physical fit for you? This job requires frequent lifting and carrying of infusion pumps, supply cases, and medical equipment up to 50 lbs — both in the warehouse while picking and packing orders, and in the field loading/unloading your vehicle and carrying items into patients' homes. Expect to be on your feet, lifting, and moving product for a good portion of every shift. When you're not out on your route — before it starts, after it ends, or if you finish early — you'll be back in the warehouse pulling and packing supplies for the next day's deliveries. If you're comfortable with that kind of regular physical activity in both settings, keep reading.Pay & BenefitsPay: $18/hour401(k)Generous PTO + paid holidaysFree CEUs to support your professional growthA fully stocked kitchen with coffee, snacks, and moreAvailable SchedulesSchedule 1: Part-Time, Monday–Friday, 12PM – 5:30PMSchedule 2: Full-Time, Friday – Monday, 10:30am-9pmReport to our Tempe office; you'll split time between warehouse duties and your assigned delivery routeKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver infusion medications, supplies, and equipment safely and on timePick, pull, pack, and stage medical supplies and equipment accurately for daily deliveriesLift, carry, and load/unload equipment such as infusion pumps and supply cases, often weighing up to 50 lbsObtain signatures and complete delivery documentation accuratelyMaintain delivery logs and paperwork in accordance with agency standardsConduct routine inventory checks and assist with cycle countsCommunicate delays, delivery issues, or concerns to dispatch promptlyDispose of expired, damaged, or recalled products per safety and regulatory protocolsFollow all safety, infection control, and handling proceduresRequirementsRequired:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to frequently lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 50 lbs — in the warehouse, in and out of a vehicle, and up/down stairs or uneven terrain at patient homesComfortable with a physically active role that combines warehouse work (standing, walking, repetitive lifting) with drivingStrong organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsPreferred:Experience in medical delivery, logistics, or healthcareFamiliarity with medical equipment or infusion servicesExperience working independently in a field-based roleArizona Home Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
