Warehouse Selector – PhoenixYou'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.In this roll, you'll:Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift)Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product qualityMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standardsUse warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventoryFollow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocolsAccurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer ordersOperate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areasVisually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing productMaintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all timesRead labels, count product, and complete order paperworkSupport team with cleaning and additional duties as neededWhat you'll bring:Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environmentsStrong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safetyBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesExperience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferredSelector (Picker) specific:Valid forklift certification / Electric Pallet Jack and 1yr+ of safe equipment operationStrong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentationUse a voice-directed picking system (VoCollect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer ordersSchedule & setting:Sundays offFull time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)Primarily a 4-day work week, start time 8amPhysically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing/walking for extended periodPay & benefits:Weekly pay (every Friday)Pay $23.64/hr.Health, dental, and vision coverage after just 30 days401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and moreCompany-provided uniforms and work shoesTo apply, click “Apply” and complete the online application.
