Job Description

We are seeking a Scheduler to support large-scale power and utility projects across transmission, distribution, generation, substations, renewable energy, and infrastructure programs. This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, working closely with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within established milestones.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Primavera P6 and have experience supporting engineering, construction, or utility-related projects.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of project scheduling experience.

Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.

Experience supporting utility, power delivery, transmission, distribution, substation, generation, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling. 5+ years of scheduling experience.

Experience supporting engineering consulting firms such as HDR, Burns & McDonnell, Black & Veatch, Jacobs, AECOM, or WSP.

Utility experience with APS, SRP, TEP, Salt River Project, Southern California Edison, PG&E, etc.

Microsoft Project

Power BI

Deltek

SAP

EcoSys
