To learn more about Trulieve and our mission, please visit www.trulieve.comRequisition ID: 20683Remote Work Available: NoJob Title: Distribution AssociateDepartment: Supply ChainReports To: Distribution SupervisorFSLA Status: Hourly, Non-ExemptLocation: Phoenix, AZKEY RESPONSIBILITIESPull and pack orders for distributionOversee quality assurance in order pickingProcess order returns and manage wasted productsCollaborate with Managers to meet supply needs, quality, and delivery requirementsHandle shipping and receiving tasks: inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, and receive/unpack items as neededProvide information on stock items, including location, quantities, and inventory movement upon requestPerform inventory management duties such as recording, counting, and stocking items, including full and cycle countsMaintain spreadsheets and systems to log all non-production-related inventory transactionsWork directly with the Manager to maintain a well-organized and efficient facilityAssist with and actively participate in internal and external inventory and packaged goods auditsFulfill all tasks related to packaging finished stock and preparing orders for delivery, ensuring compliance with established regulations and labeling requirementsAdhere to all state-specific rules and regulationsCollaborate respectfully with team members and foster a team-oriented environmentQUALIFICATIONSMinimum of a High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalentThe above requirements describe the general nature and level of work involved but are not exhaustive.
