Insert Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 to $ 17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)

• Operate inserting equipment and ensure high-quality, accurate production output
• Load machines with required materials (mailers, pamphlets, advertisements, carriers, etc.)
• Prep, stage, and assist with machine setup and job changeovers
• Perform routine quality checks and ensure all finished work meets standards
• Record production data such as quality checks, downtime, scrap, and issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following OSHA and company safety standards
• Work collaboratively as part of a production team and support cross-training in other areas when needed
• Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors
• Clear machines at the end of runs and prepare for the next job assignment
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed

Insert Operator Qualifications:

• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, mailing, or machine operation preferred, but not required (willing to train)
• Ability to operate or quickly learn inserting and production equipment
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
