You will be the main point of contact for coordination between customer's shipment exports, customs brokers, and shipping carriers.What You'll DoCoordinate air export and import shipments end-to-endEnsure timely airline bookings and shipment executionAct as the primary point of contact between customers, carriers, brokers, and overseas stationsPrepare and review all required shipping documentation (AWB, AES/EEI, AMS, manifests, etc.)Track and monitor shipments, providing proactive customer updatesEnsure compliance with all export/import regulationsComplete accurate billing and maintain customer records in CargoWiseMeet operational KPIs for service, accuracy, and productivityRole Responsibilities (CBA Scope)Execution of airway bills, consolidations, and documentationImport handling including broker document turnover, airline transfers, and release processingAMS entry for imports and AES/EEI compliance for exportsCargo claims processing and communication with origin stations (AQM/CCM)Invoice preparation and airfreight billingMaintenance of shipment files, records, and cash logsAirline booking coordination and breakbulk processingCustomer service across phone/email for shipment updates, rates, and issue resolutionDispatching trucking providers for pickup and deliveryHouse and master bill entry and system updatesWarehouse inventory tracking and freight status managementSkills / RequirementsExceptional customer service skillsDetail oriented and strong follow-up skillsProficient with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Air freight industry experience preferredCargo Wise systems knowledge is a plusPay Range: $23.36 - $31.14/hr.
