Inventory Specialist

Midway Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist for a growing warehouse and production environment in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for candidates with strong inventory control experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will support daily inventory operations, material tracking, and production needs while working closely with multiple departments.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Monday Friday / 5:00 AM 1:30 PM + OT as needed

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Duties

• Oversee daily inventory control and material flow to support production operations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and digital inventory systems
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, shipping, and receiving departments
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolve discrepancies
• Support material handling processes to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure workplace safety and proper material storage procedures are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials handling
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional logistics or supply chain training is a plus
