Customer Service Representative

Responsible for providing customer service to taxpayers in our SRO TIA office with filing assistance, taxpayer education, refund issues/disputes, billing issues/disputes, and State of Arizona tax policies and procedures; complete research and necessaryadjustments to resolve taxpayer account issues in all four tax types. Customers are assisted through Live Chat, Walk-in office, Correspondence, calls and various email boxes. The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background. Required skills: basic office and computer skills, past customer service experience or working with taxes. Preferred experiences: customer service roles.
