Ross Stores - 2036 East Thomas Road - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor; Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft and safety issues; Gathers theft indicators and communicates findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Represent Ross brand professionally and adhere to company policies and procedures
