Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of patients.
Transports patients according to schedule, staying within allotted times.
Assists patients in and out of the vehicle.
Interacts with patients in a warm, professional manner, maintaining positive relationships with patients.
Notifies the Administrative Assistant of any potential mechanical problems or needed repairs.
Maintains an open line of communication with the Administrative Assistant regarding needed transportation.
Maintains a clean driving record.
Responsible for insuring that all required emergency equipment (i.e., triangles, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit) are available and in good working order.
Keep vehicle logs accurately and completely.
Insure that the vehicles gas, oil and other fluids are kept at appropriate levels.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Basic Knowledge/Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
High school diploma or equivalency
Computer skills: MS Office Suite
Able to work with minimal supervision successfully
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
CPR Certification
Experience and Education:
High school diploma or GED
Must have a current Arizona driver's license
Must have been licensed for 3 years
Must be a minimum of 21 years old
Must meet Circle the City insurer's requirements for safe past driving record.
