Job Title

Under general supervision, transports specimens, reports, and supplies between various hospitals and medical facilities and the main laboratory.

Physical Demands/Environment Factors Job involves frequent communication in person, by radio and writing. Pickup and deliveries may weigh up to 25 pounds. Must be able to operate Company vehicle in a safe, defensive driving manner. Must be able to record time and other necessary information accurately. Job requires frequent communication by radio system, beeper or telephone.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to train new drivers on job functions.
• Ability to operate a computer.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires valid Arizona driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
