Connected's mission has always been to breed, grow, and sell the best cannabis in the world, setting high standards for its products, people, and partners wherever we go.What You Will DoThe Inventory specialist will work under limited supervision, and is responsible for tracking all inventory, quality control of inbound material(s), monitoring climate of storage areas, and many other tasks required to ensure our product is received and stored to company standards. This position requires a passion for quality control, excellent time‑management skills, and ERP systems experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, able to keep excellent records, and has exceptional communication skills.Duties and RequirementsMonitoring inventory physical location as well as location in inventory control systemsBuild strong relationships throughout the site, including other departments and employeesAdhere to all state‑issued compliance regulationsEnsure inbound product receipt meets company quality standardsCompletes daily cleaning duties and maintains logsRecords and monitors batch & tracking information across multiple systemsAssist with product inventoryOther duties as assigned – assist in trim or pack if inventory duties are completed for the time beingWhat We Are Looking ForMust be 21+ years of ageMinimum of 1 year cannabis industry experienceAble to identify common issues with processed cannabis flower, and assess qualityExcellent computer and mathematics skills, data analysis; experience working in Microsoft Excel requiredAbility to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skillsComfort with a fast‑paced environment and changing requirementsComfortable learning new technologiesAptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting and ability to provide well‑thought‑out recommendationsExcellent attention to detailExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalCalm under pressureAbility to manage their time independentlySafety and compliance focusedOther RequirementsMust be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs.Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for long periods of time.Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver's license.Willingness to become forklift certified.Why Connected?Connected is an exciting and innovative workplace with a highly engaged workforce brought together by a shared passion to be the best in the business.
