Job Description Job Description We are seeking a NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of construction project on the trim side of HVAC new construction * Allocate resources for assigned projects * Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors * Interact with superintendents/project managers of builders * Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications * Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services. * Coordinates purchases of all necessary equipment, and services for all jobs. * Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring alignment on project schedule. * Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the installation process, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track. * Develop and maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reports related to HVAC installations and warranties * Facilitate clear communication between office staff and field crew members. Offer support to senior staff.
