Responsibilities for a Recruiter include but are not limited to:
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview bilingual candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities while building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies, administer job postings, conduct candidate assessments, and provide resume and interview coaching in English.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand workforce needs, prioritize requisitions, and deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), support onboarding activities, and ensure a positive candidate and client experience.
Candidates for Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
