Salary Range $21.00 - $26.00 Hourly

Description

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm Location: 2301 E Yeager Dr Suite 14 Chandler, AZ 85286 $500 Sign-On Bonus available for eligible candidates with an active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Please note that candidates with an expired RBT certification do not qualify for the RBT sign-on bonus.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques. If you're empathetic, motivated, and excited to make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings
  • Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques from our industry-leading training program
  • Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child's growth

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children
  • Strong communication skills with both children and caregivers
  • Sound judgment in dynamic situations
  • A desire for a meaningful, hands-on career

Experience working with children is a plus, including backgrounds such as camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteerbut all applicants are welcome.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism
  • Comfort using tablet-based technology
  • Access to reliable transportation, with your name listed as an insured driver preferred.
  • A Driver's License in the state of Arizona *exceptions are active-duty military and college students*
  • Commitment to completing our paid virtual RBT training program

Physical Requirements:

  • Direct work with clients may include, without limitation, the following physical demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders and/or frequent physical transitions. Responsibilities listed are illustrative and may change at ACES' discretion.
