The Food Service Coordinator assists with the oversight of the kitchen operations for a designated Center. The incumbent is responsible for meal preparation, training, andthe Ministry Trainee program which teaches clients operational kitchen functions.
The Food Service Coordinator ensures all policy and procedures related to food production and serving are followed consistently.
The Food Service Coordinator provides on-going feedback to Supervisor regarding operational needs and deficiencies.
