We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Heavy Civil construction contracts to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse construction initiatives, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Work with the project superintendent, establishing, maintaining, and managing customer/owner, and subcontractor expectations. Monitor and track quantities on completed work and prepare monthly billing invoices Review pay estimates with owner Verify and approve invoices from subcontractors and suppliers Prepare and update project schedule Process change orders Communicate effectively progress/problems to senior management, field superintendent/foreman, subcontractor, and owner Manage all aspects related to the execution of the project including safety, quality control, and project integrity Review and provide accurate project costs and forecasting Manage assigned office and project engineers, including training and development Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Bonus/Commission: No
