Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies; Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications; Troubleshoot and diagnose assembly and product issues; Train, coach, and mentor junior assemblers; Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
