Job Description:

>> Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

>> Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities.

>> Oversee project execution across IAM and security workstreams, ensuring alignment to business and compliance goals.

>> Track progress, report status, and manage dependencies across teams.

>> Ensure adherence to regulatory and security compliance requirements.

Requirements:

>> 10+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager with strong Security initiatives.

>> Proven experience as a Scrum Master andor Project Manager.

>> Background in security projects (cybersecurity, risk management, IAM, or compliance).

>> Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

>> Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) a MUST.
