In a caring culture built on agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity, you will play a valued role each day.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $20.00 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWhat You'll Do:* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate personnel.* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.* Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions, and assist with visitor and/or contractor check-in procedures in accordance with site requirements.* Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, completing required reports, and following post orders for assigned patrol duties.Minimum Requirements:* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.* Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.* Access control and badge experience is preferred.* Alarm panel experience is preferred.* Customer service experience is preferred.* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:* Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.* Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.* Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.* Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
