Key responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for office visitors, calls, and deliveries; coordinating employee onboarding activities and assisting with HR-related administration; supporting payroll documentation and general administrative processes; maintaining office supplies, snacks, filing systems, and overall office organization; scheduling and coordinating team lunches, meetings, and office events; providing administrative support to additional departments as needed; assisting with accounts payable or purchasing-related tasks on an as-needed basis; supporting operations for both local Arizona projects and remote project teams in other states; participating in employee training initiatives after onboarding into the role; and traveling locally between office or project locations as needed with mileage reimbursement provided.
