Medical Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Call Center)

We're partnering with a confidential healthcare organization in Arizona to hire a Medical Customer Service Representative. This role is focused on handling a high volume of calls while providing excellent patient support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients and providers
  • Provide information, answer questions, and assist with general inquiries
  • Support appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Document all interactions accurately in the system
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
