DescriptionMFC is seeking an Items Analyst for a position in Gilbert, AZ at the Arizona Special Center (ASC). The role involves day‑to‑day supply‑chain management activities and office general operation management on the APACHE MTADS program. The candidate will interface daily with various U.S. Government Program Sustainment and Repair Operations teams.Process repair inductions and closures for TADS/M‑TADS assets to be repaired at off‑site depots and/or suppliers.Process hardware requests in support of inducted repairs at off‑site repair depots.Manage kit deliveries to support hardware sell‑off and meet the fielding schedule by coordinating with Production and Configuration Data Management teams.Process obsolete/unrepairable assets for excess/scrap disposition.Oversee general office operations.Purchase tools and equipment.Manage vendors and schedule vendors for facility repairs.Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts.Basic QualificationsLogistics, Business Management or other technical degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.High proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).Ability to interface with a variety of information technology logistics applications.Self‑starter able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to work within a diverse workforce.Valid driver's license.Desired SkillsAbility to multitask and establish priorities to meet contractual requirements/metrics.Ability to work in a cross‑functional IPT environment.Ability to interact with internal customers, cross‑functional teams, and management.Supply‑support / stock control background.Asset management system / supply chain management / unified tracking system knowledge.Familiarity with Army regulations and Army supply.Prior internship or equivalent working experience with a DoD contractor or government agency.Basic understanding of government supply operations.Security ClearanceThis position requires a government security clearance.
