Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will independently work on the floors, welcoming people to the building. Communication and customer service skills are critical. You will also be on your feet up to 8 hours.
Duties
Customer Interaction: CSRs are the direct point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving issues.
Answering Inquiries: They answer customer questions about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Problem Resolution: CSRs aim to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, often escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.
Order Processing: They may process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts.
Information Provision: They provide accurate and up-to-date information about the companys offerings.
Feedback Collection: They may collect customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Maintaining a Positive Customer Experience: CSRs strive to create a positive and satisfying experience for every customer interaction.
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain customer records and update information in the database
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or in-person
Provide support to the sales team as needed
