Position SummaryMarc & Rose Hospitality is seeking an Executive Operations Analyst to support executive leadership across a dynamic portfolio of hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality experiences.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, organizing complex initiatives, and helping drive operational excellence across an evolving hospitality platform. The position combines operational analytics, executive coordination, project management, and strategic administrative support while working closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, technologically savvy, and capable of balancing analytical responsibilities with executive-level support. Success requires professionalism, adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside executive leadership and gain exposure to all areas of hospitality operations across the entire portfolio.Core ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and distribute operational performance reporting and business insights across the portfolioSupport executive leadership with strategic projects, operational initiatives, and cross-functional coordinationPrepare executive presentations, dashboards, reports, summaries, and operational communicationsCoordinate meetings, travel, calendars, agendas, and follow-up action items for senior leadershipTrack operational initiatives, deadlines, and portfolio-wide projects to support accountability and executionAssist with operational analysis related to guest engagement, programming, and business performanceSupport budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for operational initiativesMaintain operational calendars and coordinate key meetings, deadlines, and organizational prioritiesServe as a liaison between corporate leadership and property teams to help maintain communication and alignmentHandle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretionSupport process improvement efforts and organizational efficiencies across the companyRequired Qualifications And Competencies3+ years of experience in hospitality operations, executive support, analytics, project coordination, or related fields preferred.Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to build trusted relationships with executive leadership and teams company-wide.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracyHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretionAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and WordExperience with hospitality systems including Toast, Opera, Delphi, CRM platforms, and related hotel technologies preferredComfortable utilizing AI platforms and productivity tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and similar technologiesAbility to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative hospitality environmentEducationBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).Experience3+ years of progressive hospitality leadership/executive support experience.Certificates or LicensesN/A#J-18808-Ljbffr
