Security Officer - Cannabis Dispensary

Security Officer Cannabis Dispensary Central Phoenix, AZ | $21/hour We are seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team at a busy retail cannabis dispensary in Central Phoenix. Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers, staff, and vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and Arizona cannabis regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring the property, verifying customer IDs, maintaining a visible security presence, documenting incidents when necessary, conducting routine patrols, and assisting with de-escalating situations professionally and calmly. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to maintain professionalism at all times. Requirements

• Previous security experience preferred
• Strong communication and situational awareness skills
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Facility Agent Certification required (we will assist with the application process)
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Schedule Location open 7 days per week from 08002300.
Available shifts are approximately 7.5 hours and will primarily cover morning and evening operations. Scheduling may vary based on business needs and availability.

Shifts are as follows: Monday-Tuesday 0800-1600 Part-time Wed-Sun 0800-1600 Full-time Monday-Tuesday 1600-2300 Part-time Wed-Sun 0800-2300 Full-time Opportunities
