LHH Talent - - Responsibilities: Assist with internal and customer sales documentation to ensure alignment with company policy and procedures; Maintain and update company files, records, certificates, and/or other documents; Support Accounts Payable by matching invoices, and assisting with weekly check runs; Arrange meetings and conferences, schedule appointments, and perform other duties in regards to maintaining one or more individuals' schedules; Coordinate travel arrangements for the sales department and process expense reports
