MorningStar Senior Living - 2635 North Dysart Road - Responsibilities: Assist in organizing programs for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care resident groups and individual activities based on residents' negotiated service plans; Facilitate group activities, 1-1 visits, and community events that engage residents, families and team members; May assist residents on outings which may include driving the company vehicles; Organize the activity supplies and equipment to ensure materials are available to residents; Prepare monthly report on progress of activity program as directed by the Life Enrichment Coordinator
