Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies for a financial services location; Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry through approved screening and sign-in practices; Answer questions, direct guests to the appropriate contacts or departments, and support a professional front desk presence throughout the location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency responders when appropriate; Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to access activity, incidents, and daily front desk operations
