Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or the public by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns; Monitor access points and observe incoming and outgoing foot and vehicle traffic, assisting with entry procedures and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations; Communicate with site contacts, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as needed during incidents, special events, or other security-related situations
