HelloFresh - - Responsibilities: Coordinate, coach, and guide production line workers to maintain workflow and maximum productivity.; Enforce all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SQF (Safe Quality Food) policies, and PPE/hygiene standards.; Track line count, update production numbers in the computer system, and report any defective materials or questionable conditions.; Train new employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coach the team on company policies.; Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
