Swift Transportation - - Responsibilities: Plan and recover loads delayed in transit to restore on time service while supporting drivers through phones and messages during extended hours; Answer calls to the Driver Support Planning number and resolve immediate concerns related to driver and/or customer issues for loads in transit; Dispatch necessary resources (driver, truck, trailer) to take care of immediate issue; Monitor loads and resolve issues that may affect the scheduled delivery/pickup times; Collaborate with designated internal department personnel to resolve customer or driver issues as necessary
