Quality Assurance Architect - Test Data Management

As a Quality Assurance Architect - Test Data Management within PNC's Technology - Solution Delivery Enablement (SDE) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, or Phoenix, AZ.

As a Quality Assurance Architect Test Data Management (TDM), you are responsible for designing and guiding how test data is safely created, protected, and delivered across non-production environments. This role focuses on establishing the technical architecture and standards that enable the scalable, compliant, and efficient use of test data across the bank.

As a Quality Assurance Architect Test Data Management (TDM), responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing enterprise-level architectures and design patterns for test data management
• Establishing technical standards and guardrails for data masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data refresh processes
• Ensuring that test data solutions are inherently secure, compliant, and audit-ready by design
• Providing technical guidance to ensure consistent adoption and implementation of TDM standards across teams
• Supporting enterprise TDM transformation initiatives and contributing to platform evaluation and selection efforts

Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Test Data Management (TDM) solutions within an enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience or solution design expertise in data masking, subsetting, and/or synthetic data generation
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements applicable to non-production environments
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end test data flows, including data sourcing, protection, and provisioning
• Experience partnering effectively with application, Quality Engineering (QE), infrastructure, and security teams
• Enterprise-focused mindset, with the ability to design scalable, reusable, and standardized solutions
• Experience with enterprise-level TDM tools such as Informatica TDM, Broadcom, Delphix, or comparable platforms
