Driftwood Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for cooks and servers; Sort soiled ware and run through the dish or pot machine; Wash and replace ware; keep dish machine and surroundings clean; Clean floors and maintain health standards; Assist other Kitchen Personnel as needed
