Location: Too Sweet Cakes, Phoenix Anticipated Schedule: Start at 10pm -6:30am

Job Type: Full-time (35-40 hrs/week), 5 days of the week

Pay: $17-$18/hour Depending on Experience

Join Our Growing Team! At Too Sweet Cakes, we are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Overnight Bakery Team Members to support our production operations. This role is part of our overnight bakery team and is responsible for executing production during late-night and early-morning hours to ensure orders are ready for daily distribution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment and takes pride in consistency, organization, and craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute overnight production of wholesale baked goods according to daily and weekly schedules
• Prepare ingredients, assemble products, and bake items following standardized recipes and procedures
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Back of House Manager and overnight team
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, and other production tools
• Monitor product quality throughout the baking process and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life management of all products
• Work with urgency and accuracy to meet production deadlines and quality expectations
• Perform additional tasks as assigned based on production and business needs
