8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
3+ years of experience in a senior leadership or Director-level role managing a talent acquisition team.
3+ years of experience overseeing recruiting across multiple business units, brands, or subsidiaries simultaneously.

Proven track record of developing and executing employer branding strategies across diverse organizations.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with business growth objectives.
Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders on talent strategy and market trends.
Demonstrated experience managing external search firms and staffing agencies, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in recruiting metrics, reporting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday Recruiting, or Greenhouse.
Skilled negotiator with experience handling offer discussions, including executive-level compensation packages.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and FCRA.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions, particularly within regulated environments.
Experience recruiting licensed financial professionals (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66), with knowledge of FINRA and licensing processes.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
Certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP.
LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
