Four Seasons - 10600 East Crescent Moon Drive - Responsibilities: Assist the Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the Employee Cafeteria.; Assist in creating and preparing menu items and specials.; Assist with weekly inventory for the Employee Cafeteria.; Check and complete mise en place and pars and station set-up.; Communicate with the Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef regarding menu items, problem situations or shortages.
